Job Description

As a Senior Client Service Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for major clients, directly managing client relationships and overseeing project delivery. This role involves ensuring that client needs are comprehensively met and providing strategic advice on agency services. You will lead initiatives, mentor junior staff, and drive the successful execution of client projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies, including Above The Line (ATL) and below The Line (BTL) activities, to enhance brand awareness, market reach, and customer engagement.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive strategies to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Design and execute diverse marketing initiatives across digital, print, outdoor, and event-based platforms to maximize brand impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with business partners, influencers, and organizations to strengthen the company’s market presence.
  • Maintain strong connections with key stakeholders to align marketing efforts with long-term business objectives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to optimize effectiveness.
  • Prepare detailed reports on marketing performance, including ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs), to guide strategic decision-making.

 

Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive attitude.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of market trends.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of team in a fast paced environment.
