Job Description
- Support the Creative Head: Assist the Creative Head in developing creative strategies and ensure that design solutions align with overall creative vision and client objectives.
- Lead Design Projects: Oversee the creation of comprehensive design elements across various media, ensuring cohesion and adherence to the creative brief.
- Mentorship and Team Leadership: Guide and inspire junior designers, fostering a creative environment that encourages innovation and growth.
- Project Management and Quality Assurance: Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality of all creative materials.
Job Specification
- Previous professional graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating impactful visual experiences.
- Individual with Motion graphics skill will be preferred.
