Job Description
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment advertisements for various roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and implement recruitment strategies
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assist in the hiring process
- Act as a point of contact for unit concerns and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
- Support in addressing employee grievances and assist in implementing solutions in alignment with company policies.
- Assist with employee counseling and disciplinary actions when required.
- Maintain and update employee records and ensure that all HR documentation is accurate and in compliance with regulations.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they understand company culture, policies, and expectations.
- Assist with offboarding procedures for exiting employees, conducting exit interviews, and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Help prepare HR reports on employee performance, turnover, recruitment metrics, and other relevant KPIs.
- Maintain HR databases and records, ensuring all information is kept confidential and up-to-date.
Job Specification
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR within the hospitality industry.
- Experience with employee relations, recruitment, and performance management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
