Job Description
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to ensure high performance and a positive work environment.
- Ensure that all customers receive outstanding service by addressing complaints, queries, or issues promptly and professionally.
- Oversee the quality and presentation of food and beverages to meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere, addressing any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly.
- Maintain records of stock, sales, and costs; conduct regular audits to ensure proper stock management.
- Develop and manage the cafe’s budget, ensuring that costs and revenues align with targets.
- Monitor sales and expenses to identify opportunities for cost-saving and revenue-generating strategies.
- Implement pricing strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis.
- Ensure all cafe operations adhere to health and safety regulations, including food handling, cleanliness, and employee safety.
- Collaborate on marketing efforts to promote the cafe, including social media, events, and special offers.
Job Specification
- Proven experience as a Cafe Manager, Restaurant Manager, or in a similar role in the Hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of cafe operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and staff management.
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with financials and budget management.
