Job Description
- Assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Support the HR team in addressing employee concerns, providing assistance in conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Help monitor and support the performance appraisal process and assist in gathering feedback on employee performance.
- Provide administrative support in managing employee records, maintaining HR databases, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs and payroll-related tasks.
- Participate in initiatives to boost employee engagement, morale, and workplace culture.
- Assist in ensuring HR practices comply with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Job Specification
