Job Description
- Prepare and analyze daily, monthly, and quarterly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure accurate reporting of all financial transactions related to trading activities.
- Prepare and assist in the preparation of annual financial budgets and forecasts.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to trade activities.
- Ensure timely invoicing, payments, and receipts from customers and suppliers.
- Reconcile trade accounts, bank statements, and ledgers to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with local taxation regulations and assist in tax filing and reporting.
- Support the finance team in managing trade finance instruments such as letters of credit, bills of exchange, and trade credit.
- Ensure that payments to suppliers and receipts from customers are processed in line with agreed terms.
- Monitor and manage financial risks related to trading activities, including foreign exchange, credit, and market risks.
- Maintain up-to-date records and files related to financial transactions, contracts, and agreements.

Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in a finance role, ideally within a trading or supply chain environment.
- Strong proficiency in financial software
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, financial modeling, etc.).
- Understanding of international trade, trade finance instruments, and market conditions is advantageous.
