Job Description

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency, ensuring that all travel-related services are delivered efficiently and effectively. Managing internal processes, coordinating between various departments, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Improving operational efficiency, implementing procedures, and managing staff to provide seamless and high-quality travel experiences for clients.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the travel agency, ensuring smooth coordination across all departments, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Monitor and manage the execution of travel packages, tours, and itineraries to ensure they meet customer expectations.
  • Develop and enforce operational procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the quality of services.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to ensure staff have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, ground transportation companies, tour operators, and local guides.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and ensure that terms are beneficial for both the agency and its clients.
  • Ensure the agency delivers high-quality travel experiences to clients by monitoring the implementation of travel packages and tours.
  • Respond to customer feedback and complaints promptly, ensuring that any operational issues are resolved quickly.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Handle unforeseen issues such as travel disruptions, cancellations, or emergencies and provide timely solutions to clients.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of travel booking systems and other operational platforms.
