Job Description
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial orientation sessions.
- Manage employee documentation and ensure all compliance paperwork is completed.
- Assist in handling employee inquiries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and other HR services.
- Maintain records of employee training and development activities.
- Assist in processing payroll information, benefits administration, and ensuring the accurate recording of employee hours and attendance.
- Ensure all HR practices comply with relevant labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Contribute to programs that enhance employee engagement, such as recognition programs, events, and wellness initiatives.
- Manage and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in human resources or the hospitality industry (internships or entry-level HR roles are acceptable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential employee information.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
