Job Description
- Design Development: Create compelling visual designs for digital and print media, including marketing materials, social media graphics, website assets, and branding projects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and content, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategy.
- Leadership: Mentor junior designer and provide constructive feedback to foster their growth and enhance the team’s creative output.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines are met.
- Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the design quality and creativity of the team.
- Management Interaction: Present design concepts to managers, incorporating feedback to refine and finalize projects.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Previous professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating impactful visual experiences.
