Job Description
- Ensure that guests receive exceptional service and satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Handle guest complaints and issues promptly and effectively, striving to resolve them to the guests' satisfaction.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure efficient operations and adherence to brand standards.
- Provide guidance and support to department heads and staff members.
- Assist in recruitment, training, and development of hotel staff to maintain high-quality service.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement strategies for increasing occupancy and revenue.
- Participate in sales calls and client meetings to promote the hotel's services and facilities.
- Ensure the hotel operates in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
