Job Description
  • Provide ID Card and Name tag to unit as per their requirement 
  • Monitor employee attendance on attendance system and report the discrepancies to the Head of the department 
  • Prepare Corporate Office staff Attendance for salary preparation. 
  • Maintain leave record and ensure to be leaves are updated in leave card and HRMS. 
  • Assist in SSF Management & M&A Insurance of Corporate Office Staff (Registration, termination, Claim) 
  • Compiling & prepare HR report on monthly basis 
  • Manage HR administration such as contracts, letters and personnel files of Corporate Office team. 
  • Establish and maintain a group of contacts with Hospitality Colleges to set up a system for entry level employment. 
  • Responsible for the on the job orientation for new hires. 
  • Maintain and update record in HRMS 
  • Answer internal and external calls in a professional manner. 
  • Respond to concerns or queries in a timely manner. 
  • Maintenance of HR email account and ensures prompt response. 
  • Prepare purchase requisition for the items required by the department 
  • Update staff birthday & events social media page i.e. Happy faces  
  • Coordinate administrative activities
  • Support daily operations and HR initiatives
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles
