Job Description
  • Overall management and coordination of the human resources department in the hotel.
  • Responsible for recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, checking references, and assisting with onboarding new hires.
  • Development and implementation of policies and procedures related to employee management, such as attendance, performance evaluation, disciplinary actions, and promotions.
  • Administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs.
  • Managing employee relations, including addressing employee grievances, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  • Coordinating and conducting training programs for employees, including orientation sessions, skills training, and professional development workshops.
  • Management of employee performance evaluations and annual performance appraisal processes.
  • Oversee preparation and maintenance of employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance documentation.
  • Planning and execution of employee engagement activities, such as employee recognition programs, team-building events, and employee wellness initiatives.
  • Prepare analysis of HR metrics and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Managing payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payroll policies and practices.
