Job Description
- Content Creation – Design and post engaging content (images, videos, reels, captions) for social media platforms.
- Social Media Management – Handle Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Online Customer Response – Reply to customer inquiries, comments, and messages professionally.
- Post Scheduling – Plan and schedule posts using content calendars.
- Trend Monitoring – Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and viral content.
- Basic Editing – Use Canva, Photoshop, or mobile apps for simple design and video editing.
- Collaboration – Work with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
- Engagement Growth – Increase followers, likes, and shares through interactive content.
Job Specification
- Education: +2 or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience: Atleast 1 year of experience in social media handling.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Good writing skills for captions and replies.
- Creativity in content creation (posts, reels, and videos).
- Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or Photoshop is a plus).
- Strong customer service & communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks & work under deadlines.
Work Location: Baby Mart Store/Remote (as per company policy)
