Job Description
- Customer Assistance – Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable baby products.
- Product Knowledge – Stay updated on all baby-related products, including diapers, baby food, clothing, toys, and accessories.
- Sales & Upselling – Promote offers, suggest complementary products, and achieve sales targets.
- Inventory Management – Keep track of stock levels, restock shelves, and report shortages.
- Billing & Payment Handling – Assist customers with checkout, process payments, and handle returns/exchanges.
- Store Maintenance – Ensure cleanliness and proper display of products for an attractive shopping experience.
- Customer Relationship – Build rapport with parents, expecting mothers, and caregivers for repeat business.
- Promotional Activities – Support in-store campaigns, product demos, and social media promotions.
- Market Trends Awareness – Gather customer feedback and provide insights for new product recommendations.
Timing: 12PM - 8PM
Job Specification
- Education: Minimum +2 (Higher Secondary). Sales/Marketing diploma preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years in retail sales, preferably in baby products. Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Basic product knowledge of baby items
- Sales & persuasion skills to meet targets
