Job Description
Job Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and dedicated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. This individual will be responsible for managing schedules, attending meetings, taking notes, and ensuring follow-ups on key actions. The ideal candidate will act as the executive’s right hand, constantly assisting with administrative tasks and being present for all executive activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the executive’s calendar and coordinate meetings.
- Attend all meetings, take detailed notes, and ensure action points are documented and followed through.
- Serve as a constant reminder for tasks, deadlines, and meetings.
- Accompany the executive on trips, meetings, and events, providing full logistical and administrative support.
- Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations as needed.
- Ensure smooth communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Job Specification
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
- Ability to travel and adapt to flexible working hours.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in administrative support roles is a plus, but not required.
