Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop a pipeline of potential clients and maintain strong relationships with them.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and propose appropriate IT solutions to meet their business goals.
- Provide regular follow-up and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Sales & Negotiations:
- Present and demonstrate the company’s IT products and services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure favorable outcomes for the company.
- Close sales deals and ensure the timely delivery of IT solutions.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Analyze market data to inform business strategies and identify potential areas of growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that align with business development goals.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Work with senior management to develop business development strategies and goals.
- Implement action plans for growing the company’s market share in target sectors.
- Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on potential ROI.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with the technical and project management teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Provide feedback from clients to the product development team to guide future enhancements.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales forecasts, and progress toward targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals closed, and opportunities pursued.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT industry.
- Understanding of IT solutions, software, hardware, cloud services, and digital transformation trends.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex IT solutions clearly.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and partners.
