Job Description
- Managing day-to-day accounts, tasks and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
- Closely work with the finance team to support financial report, compliance, and decision-making processes.
- Reporting directly to the Finance Head to shape the company's financial strategy and optimizing its financial performance.
Job Specification
- Knowledge of accountng principles and practices.
- At least 1 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles as an Junior Accountant.
- Familiarity with Accounting Software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of Nepalese tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
