Job Description
- Counselling and guidance the visitors
- Preparing documents, knowledge of word and excel,
- Good knowledge of English language
- Knowledge of Japan and Japanese language is given preferences
- Responsible for counselling students
- Giving full information about their interested countries documentation
- Should be able to give career counselling to the students, proposing best options for their career abroad and assisting students in documentation and processing
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure the quality services to the students
- Preparing of daily, weekly and monthly working reports of the department
- Other duties as assigned
Job Specification
- Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve results.
- Presentation and Teaching Skills.
- An ability to communicate effectively with students and other.
- Applicable to all age groups.
- Preferred to have experience in Japanese language teaching.
- Additional academic qualification is preferable.
- Patience and dedication to work with working professionals.
- Good sense of initiative, responsibility and punctuality.
- Flexible with time.
