About Us:

We are a family-run property maintenance business offering services such as landscaping, gardening, cleaning, DIY equipment rental, and the supply of landscaping materials including soil, turf, mulch, and fertilizer. We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Insights Sales and Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team and help drive customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback.
Represent the voice of the customer, providing insights to the product, sales, and marketing teams.
Develop and execute social media strategies across Meta and TikTok platforms.
Create engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, and written posts).
Manage social media calendars and schedule content.
Respond to customer messages and engage with comments.
Design marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
Collaborate on web design projects using WordPress.
Monitor social media performance and generate analytical reports.
Write compelling copy for social media posts and other marketing materials.
Work independently while presenting creative ideas to the team for feedback.
Oversee daily operational tasks and ensure timely project execution.

Job Specification

Strong English communication and problem-solving skills.
Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing and/or customer success roles.
Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and WordPress content management.
