Job Description

HR Related:

Operate a software where data of various staffs are stored.
Follow up with staffs if any of the document provided by staff have expired.
Upload the updated document in the software.
Report to management regarding progress of the task.
Excellent English verbal and written communication with staffs as well as management team.
If new recruits are required, post the vacancy in the software.
Punctuality and responsibility of work done are most essential qualities.
Accounting Related
Preparing reports after analysis of data related to finance/ operation of the business.
Assisting in payroll processing.
Communicating with clients for day-to-day business operations and executing the assigned task.
Data Management.
Punctuality in office timing is highly valued in our organization.

Job Specification

Skeptical mind and learning attitude are required.
Good soft skills are required as tasks are to be performed along with the team.
Good upward communication and handling situation if anything goes south is must.
Humble and a good team player.
Proficient in microsoft office package applications.
Basic understanding of accounting and good communication skills
Working hour: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Sunday to Friday with one Sunday as holiday in a month.
