Job Description
- Conduct B2B marketing and develop relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and business clients.
- Perform field marketing activities, including product demonstrations and client visits.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the distributor network.
- Promote kitchen products to potential and existing customers, ensuring product awareness and brand positioning.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to enhance marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain and order fulfillment.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and marketing efforts for reporting purposes.
- Support digital marketing efforts by contributing ideas for online campaigns and promotions.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory for freshers).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, field marketing, or related roles is an advantage.
- Experience in kitchen products, home appliances, or FMCG industries is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and marketing.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion.
- Familiarity with market trends and consumer behavior in the kitchen product industry.
- Willingness to travel for field marketing and client visits.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
