Job Description
  • Conduct B2B marketing and develop relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and business clients.
  • Perform field marketing activities, including product demonstrations and client visits.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the distributor network.
  • Promote kitchen products to potential and existing customers, ensuring product awareness and brand positioning.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Gather market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain and order fulfillment.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and marketing efforts for reporting purposes.
  • Support digital marketing efforts by contributing ideas for online campaigns and promotions.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory for freshers).
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, field marketing, or related roles is an advantage.
  • Experience in kitchen products, home appliances, or FMCG industries is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and marketing.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
