- Good knowledge of electrical works
- Willingness to work extra hours and on holidays
- Ability to lead and handle a team
- Coordinate with the team and other departments
- Conduct field visits with the team if needed
- Knowledge of splicing machines
- Team management and good reporting skills
- Commitment to an inclusive culture to help build a better environment
