Job Description
- DNS, IIS, Apache, Mail, server configuration and troubleshooting
- Linux / Windows System Administration
- Configure and install various network devices and services, IT Equipment, Networking, Virtual Machines and troubleshooting if there is any issue. (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
- Ensure smooth operation of Datacenter Cloud Infrastructure and Services
- Backing up of all necessary Firmware, configurations of Firewall, switches, NVR, NAS, AP, Virtual Machines
- Provide Level 1-2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
- Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems Monitor the IT infrastructure and respond immediately to security or usability concern
- Provide network technical support Evaluate and optimize IT infrastructure for better performance
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Job Specification
- Previous working experience as a System Admin for 4 to 5 years
- In-depth knowledge of over all aspects of the configuration and maintenance of IT infrastructure
