Job Description

We have an immediate opening for an inventory auditor who can ensure the accuracy of the inventory level at saathimart. The candidate will review and count merchandise received daily count all merchandise on our sales.

Major Responsibilities:

Document count of all inventory in a warehouse
Analyze & take action to prevent manual adjustments with shrink impact
Ensure completeness and accuracy of the count
Follow up with the stores and ensure they carry out preparation instructions correctly
Ensure stock count procedures are communicated and respected by the stores
Perform spot checks to ensure accuracy of counts
Coordinate the count progress and ensure results are posted in the financial books
Provide on a weekly basis reports on the shrink results
In analyzing, understanding & explaining shrinkage results in case of systems issues, internal theft

Job Specification

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Management
Attend and follow up on store opening & closing inventories
Perform ad hoc inventory counts for store management changes
Minimum 2 years of working experience in retail and grocery/audit
Better Knowledge of Office Package
