Job Description

Khaanpin Foods and Tours is Nepal’s leading multi-city cloud kitchen-based delivery platform, connecting with thousands of customers 24/7 through its wide range of Food, Bakery and Grocery Items. We are seeking delivery riders to join our team.

Job Typee: Full Time ( 7 PM- 4 AM, 8 PM- 5 AM)
                     Part Time ( 8 PM- 2 AM)

Job Description

•     Answering questions and dealing with client issues while providing exceptional customer service.
•     Planning travel routes carefully to guarantee that packages are delivered to recipients on schedule.
•     Punctual and dependable.
•     Work should be done within the confines of business policy.
•     It is necessary to ensure that the products arrive in good condition to the customers.
•     Before and after delivery, reviewing orders to ensure that they are complete, costs are correct, and the customer is satisfied.

Requirements:

•     The person must have their own bike/scooter.
•     Valid license is required.
•     Third party insurance is a must.
•      Able to work nights, weekends, and during festive holidays as needed.
•      Able to follow Verbal directions, Read maps and follow GPS.
•     Ability to work well under pressure.
•     Politeness towards the customers.
•     Prior experience as a rider is preferable.
•     Should be able to read and write.
•     Excellent organizational and time management skills.
