Job Description
- Run the Cyber Command Center activities including SOC and Incident Response.
- Main point of contact for Cyber incidents and Cyber escalations.
- Focus on developing the SIEM further towards maturity.
- Train and govern level 1 and 2 analysts.
- Produce metrics and reporting to accurately display the performance of the Cyber Operations program.
- Identify and solve potential and actual security problems
- Upgrade our network and infrastructure systems
- Advanced understanding of TCP/IP, common networking ports and protocols, traffic flow, system administration, OSI model, defense-in-depth and common security elements.

Other Specification
- Minimum of 4 years industry experience
- Good knowledge of SOPHOS, CISCO, Sonicwall, Firewall etc.
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies
- Experience with Linux (Debian/Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL/Amazon Linux)
- Understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTPS)
- Experience with network hardware
- Experience with VLAN management, deployment and maintenance
- Understanding/experience with VMware/virtualization
- Vendor communication (e.g. Cisco, Autodesk
- Software administration of internal tools (Perforce, JIRA)
- Strict use of code names and complete confidentiality of project information for as long as its required
