Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lab Supervisor specializing in adhesives. The ideal candidate will lead our laboratory team in preparing, testing, and analyzing various adhesive materials while ensuring high-quality standards and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of TDS (Technical Data Sheets): Prepare and maintain TDS for all adhesive types, including white adhesive, rubber adhesive, SBS adhesive, cyanoacrylate adhesive, silicone sealant, tape adhesive, epoxy adhesive, tile adhesive, and membrane adhesive.
- Sample and Raw Material Testing: Test batches and raw materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Pilot Vessel Operations: Run pilot vessels for experimental and production-scale adhesive testing.
- Chemical Analysis & Characterization: Analyze, synthesize, purify, modify, and characterize chemical and biochemical compounds related to adhesive formulations.
- Leadership & Team Supervision: Provide leadership to lab staff, fostering a collaborative environment focused on innovation, efficiency, and safety.
- Adhesive Testing: Lead the testing process for all types of adhesives, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of results.
- Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new methodologies, technology, and testing procedures.
Job Specification

- Able to run pilot vessel.
