Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Follow up with clients via phone, email, or messages to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Provide product/service information and assist in resolving issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Assist in upselling or promoting company services when needed.
- Prepare and submit follow-up reports to the management.
Job Specification
- Minimum +2 (Intermediate Level); Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in customer service, telecalling, or client handling is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM software preferred).
- Good problem-solving and listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Polite and friendly personality with a customer-first attitude.
