Job Description
- Deliver documents, files, and other items within and outside the office.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and ensuring they are clean and organized.
- Help with office errands, such as purchasing supplies and handling mail.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common office areas.
- Support staff with minor administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure timely delivery of messages and communication within the office.
Job Specification
- Minimum School Level Education (SLC/SEE Passed).
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work efficiently and responsibly.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Good time management and punctuality.
- Polite and respectful behavior.
- Basic knowledge of routes and locations (if outdoor tasks are involved).
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
