Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitation & Delivery: Support the facilitator in delivering workshops and managing group discussions and activities.
- Participant Engagement: Help create an inclusive atmosphere where participants feel comfortable sharing ideas.
- Logistics & Coordination: Assist in arranging workshop logistics, including venue setup, materials, and equipment.
Job Specification
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, or a related field, with prior experience in workshop coordination or event logistics.
- Strong organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills, with the ability to manage logistics and support facilitation effectively.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience supporting discussion facilitation on sensitive topics with neutrality and empathy.
- Strong skills in active listening, conflict mediation, and fostering an inclusive environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols.
