Job Description

Radha Paudel Foundation is seeking dynamic and dedicated local candidates from the Chitwan area for various positions in a project focused on deconstructing menstrual discrimination in farming households.. Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitation & Delivery: Lead group workshops; manage discussions, exercises, and activities while following the workshop manual and protocol.
  • Participant Engagement: Create a positive, inclusive environment for participants to share ideas and actively participate.
  • Logistics & Coordination: Arrange workshop logistics with assistance from the study coordinator, including venue setup, materials, and equipment.
  • Communication & Reporting: Report workshop progress and challenges to the study coordinator.
Job Specification

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilitating workshops, managing discussions on sensitive topics, and fostering an inclusive environment.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience facilitating discussions on sensitive topics with neutrality and empathy.
  • Strong skills in active listening, conflict mediation, and fostering an inclusive environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.
