Job Description
Radha Paudel Foundation is seeking dynamic and dedicated local candidates from the Chitwan area for various positions in a project focused on deconstructing menstrual discrimination in farming households.. Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection: Conduct baseline and end line surveys using electronic data collection tools.
- Participant Engagement: Explain the data collection process and ensure informed consent.
- Daily Reporting: Document daily activities, including the number of interviews and any issues encountered.
- Ethics & Compliance: Adhere to ethical guidelines, maintaining confidentiality and respecting participants’ rights.
- Field Coordination: Coordinate logistics for data collection, including managing travel routes, materials, and equipment.
Job Specification
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or waiting for result). Fresher’s are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills, especially in engaging with participants and obtaining informed consent.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Basic understanding of data collection processes and ethical standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols.
