Project Name: Deconstructing Menstrual Discrimination in Farming households in Nepal

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Supervision: Oversee enumerators, ensuring adherence to survey protocols and proper data collection practices.
- Quality Control: Monitor data collection and provide regular feedback. Conduct field visits and spot checks to ensure high-quality data.
- Training Support: Assist in training enumerators on data collection techniques, ethical standards, and protocol adherence.
- Communication: Report to the Study Coordinator on the progress of data collection and any issues.
- Problem Solving: Address logistical or team-related challenges during data collection.
Job Specification
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in research or field data collection, especially in managing survey teams.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience managing field teams, especially in survey data collection.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
