Project Name: Deconstructing Menstrual Discrimination in Farming households in Nepal

Key Responsibilities:
- Study Planning & Coordination: Assist with the development of study protocols, consent forms, and data collection tools. Oversee logistics, site selection, resource allocation, and scheduling.
- Participant Recruitment: Identify and recruit study participants, ensuring informed consent and maintaining confidential records.
- Workshop Implementation: Oversee daily operations of workshops, ensuring protocol adherence, managing logistics, and addressing issues during implementation.
- Communication & Reporting: Serve as a point of contact for all study-related matters, providing regular updates to the research coordinator.
- Training & Support: Provide training to workshop facilitators on study procedures and protocols.
Job Specification
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in research, preferably in study coordination or related fields.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in managing data collection and monitoring processes.
- Knowledge of ethical guidelines and experience in obtaining ethical approvals.
Local candidates from Chitwan will be preferred.
