Job Description
- Managing and directing the operations of entire facilities.
- Maintaining good relationship with all of our associated stake holders and customers
- Planning best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings, or re-organizing current premises
- Responsible for establishing Service Level Agreements(SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the outsourced contractors
- Tracking performance levels of the contractor providing soft services against set KPIs and SLAs by routinely assessing performance against checklist, identifying defaults or shortcomings in service levels.
- Responsibility for management of the staff recruitment, selection, training/ development and succession planning as required for In-House and managing the outsourced contracting Supervisors and staff
- Responsible for ensuring that the security staffs are trained to recognize and follow procedures related to any crisis and emergency, as well as ensure that the Crisis Management Team are informed within the specified time period in the case of any such event, so as to effectively manage and control the situation
- Calculating and comparing costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money
- Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives
- Preparing routine and ad hoc reports, with the objective of keeping the management informed about all issues relating to facility operations
Job Specification
- Should be graduate in Hospitality management with minimum of 4-5 years experiences in related industry. Preference will be given to MBA graduates.
- Should have good knowledge of customer service, entertainment industry
- Should have excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
- Must be a creative thinker and excellent team player
- Must be a good initiator and possess good negotiation skills
