Job Description
- The program director is responsible for smoothing out the overall +2 program within the academic year, ensuring alignment with the institution's mission, vision, and values.
- The program director must collaborate with faculty to review and update the curriculum, ensuring relevance and adherence to accreditation NEB standards.
- He or she monitors student progress and facilitates necessary interventions to support students’ satisfactory results, coordinating with the reporting line.
- He or she is responsible for serving as the primary contact for +2 students, providing guidance on orientation, workshops, information sessions, academic requirements, career opportunities, etc.
- He or she must work closely with faculty members to schedule classes, assign teaching responsibilities, and use innovative teaching methods to meet the overall quality of the programs.
- He or she is fully dedicated and needs to draft a plan with a strategy to succeed in the new admissions for +2 programs.
- Plan and conduct effective recruitment events, open houses, and information sessions to attract the maximum number of prospective students to enroll.
- The program director will be responsible for preparing the progress report of the program quarterly, semi-yearly, and yearly and submitting it to the reporting line.
- Develop an annual program implementation calendar for the smooth, effective, and efficient run of the program.
Job Specification
- A Master's degree or higher
- Demonstrated experience in academic and administrative leadership roles.
