Job Description

The business development manager is responsible for driving student enrollment across all educational institutions under Prime Educational Inc., including Prime College, Prime Global School, and Prime International School.

This position focuses on effective counseling of students and parents, community outreach, and implementing strategies to increase enrollment numbers.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with prospective students, parents, and community stakeholders while promoting the values and offerings of Prime Educational Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

Counseling and Enrollment:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and parents.
  • Provide personalized counseling to prospective students and parents to understand their needs, aspirations, and preferences.
  • Clearly communicate the programs, facilities, and unique value propositions of all institutions under Prime Educational Inc.
  • Guide students and families through the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience.

Community Outreach and Partnership Development:

  • Build relationships with schools, tuition centers, community organizations, and other potential referral sources.
  • Develop and implement outreach programs to increase awareness of Prime Educational Inc.’s institutions and offerings.
  • Represent the institutions at education fairs, community events, and other platforms to generate leads and promote enrollment.

Marketing and Communication:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Public Relations team to create promotional materials targeted at prospective students and parents.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate admissions leads through digital, print, and social media campaigns.
  • Maintain effective follow-up with all inquiries and leads through calls, emails, and meetings.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of prospective students, inquiries, and enrollment trends.
  • Prepare regular reports on enrollment activities, conversion rates, and outreach initiatives.
  • Analyze enrollment data to identify trends and recommend strategies for improvement.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work closely with academic heads and administrative teams to align enrollment strategies with institutional goals.
  • Actively participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to stay updated on the latest offerings and processes.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to organize events that showcase the institutions to prospective students and their families.
Job Specification

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in student counseling, enrollment, business development, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed enrollment targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management tools and MS Office Suite.
