Job Description

The Training and Development Officer will be responsible for improving the organization’s productivity by enhancing employee productivity in the organization. This position assesses company-wide learning and developmental needs and identifies suitable training solutions for employees. The officer should actively search, creatively design, and implements effective methods to educate and to enhance job performance.

  • Identify the training and development needs assessment of each department.
  • Develops training and development programs and objectives.
  • Prepare budget and took approval for the amount of budget from the necessary departments.
  • Plans, organizes and coordinates with admin teams to order necessary supplies for employee development and training events.
  • Obtains effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
  • Trains supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
  • Conducts follow-up studies to evaluate and measure the results of all training programs.
  • Prepare reports of the training and development programs and events.

Job Specification

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Knowledge about a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
  • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
  • Ability to design and implement effective training and development.

Education and Experience:

  • Completion of Master’s degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum two years of experience in designing and implementing employee training and development programs.
