Sr. Assistant- Call Center Department (Male)

For Night Duty

Responsible for managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Responsible for providing customers with product and service information over the phone.
Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate customer service.
Responsible for handling complaints through the system, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to
ensure resolution.
Responsible for preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Responsible for maintaining client confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential.
Responsible for maintaining the KPIs, shifts schedules defined by the Team Head.
Responsible for coordinating with different departments and accomplishing to provide customer service and meeting the set targets.
Responsible for following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team.
Responsible for maintaining customer feedback and providing to the needful when required.
Responsible for ensuring proper recording and closure of all issues.

Friendly with MS packages & Mailing.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in written and verbal English Language
Active listening skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Customer focus and adaptability
Ability to work independently & in a complex environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines, and intense pressure to perform

Qualifications

Working Shift - Night Hour : 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM
