Job Description

  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Managing organizational sales by developing and implementing annual, monthly & weekly plans that cover sales, collection and customer relationship
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Meeting planned sales goal as per product portfolio, individual sales personnel, area and within the given timeframe.
  • Understand ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • The ongoing training of your salespeople, developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
  • Gathering, analyzing and reporting sales related information to the General Manager.
  • Tracking sales & growth and reporting results as necessary.

Job Specification

  • BBA / Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Preference will be given to MBA.
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Ability to lead a sales team.
  • Excellent in customer relationship management.
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adequate knowledge of word, excel & related applications for reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Friendly to Data Analysis softwares.
  • Experience of selling the products like Plywood, Laminates, Interior or exterior Materials.

Note - Should travell frequently
