Due to expansion we are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Loan Processor to join our high performance team in a rewarding environment. We are established and looking for an individual that takes pride in their work and enjoys a varied role that requires strong attention to detail, data integrity and speedy processing skills. Supporting the Managing Director, the ideal candidate will require engaging and professional communication to assist in all aspects of our client’s home loan journey.

The Role:

• Process loan applications supplied by Mortgage Broker
• Renaming client files and documents
• Serviceability and document verification
• Order valuations and pricing for new and existing clients
• Work closely with Managing Director on the preparation of loan applications
• Manage the loan application from preparation, lodgment, loan approval and through to settlement
• Occasionally liaise with bank assessors, BDMs legal professionals and clients

Job Specification

• Must have a minimum of 2 years loan processing experience (as a bank loan credit assessor or loan processor for a mortgage broker) in the AU market
• Must have experience with using serviceability calculators
• Must possess strong attention to detail and is highly organised.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload and work well in a high-pressure busy environment
• An understanding of lending practices, loan structures and familiar with lenders and processes
• Ability to think proactively and problem solve
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
