- Greet and welcome guests.
- Make sure that all guest concerns are properly heared over and acted as per the positional authority.
- Provide up-to-date information about hotel and city of the guest.
- Receive guest mail or resturant mail and forward them properly.
- Makes restaurant reservation.
- Arrange sightseeing tours.
- Receive guests message and forward them.
Working Hour - Kumaripati Branch 9.00 AM - 5.00 PM and Dillibazar 5:00 PM to 10 :00 PM.
