Job Description
- Probation Periods: only 3/6 days, will be 'hard work' taken as the probation period. During these days, TFH provides Training regarding 'How to generate Best Income'. Because, we believe that, without struggle for the certain time, existence and success cannot be possible. We also would like to check the employee how he or she can struggle & endure for achieving great success. Employee has to collect practical experiences from grass root level to gain the real knowledge regarding how to face challenges on the ground.
- Employee will be provided one hour job orientation training (JOT) to share technical & skillful strategy. Employee has to visit new client in government office, private office with proposal letter 'request' and he or she has to DEAL with them accordingly.
- Employee has to work as a semi-volunteer (half for remuneration, half for gaining practical training) who also might be paid compensation; Henceforth, he or she will give the final interview of 30min whether to fix the job in one year contract basis or not.
- After a week, he or she will be provided appointment letter, fixed salary, allowances, extra-facility, ID cards, Rewards-promotion scheme, stationery and other essential things too.
- Life-Long Benefits: They will be occasionally given privilege of learning life-from RK yog, running life with both self-satisfying money and social prestige-being well known social worker among people, national and international, seminar, party, tours and so on.
- Swift- promotion: initially starting from root and reaching to fruit. It means, their patience, punctuality and honesty with their Dream will be highly appreciated. Then, they will shift from Field Manager/Field Survey Assistant/Field Volunteer into Program Co-coordinator, into Assistant Trainer, into Senior Trainer, into State head Trainer, into national Trainer and finally international Trainer. Then, LIFE starts with all beauty, all juices and all smells like of Lotus/Rose flower.
