Job Description
- Coordinates, arranging ,schedules meetings and appointments.
- Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties.
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
- Maintaining healthy relationships with clients and Marketing Promotions
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing) and maintain open communication with senior management
- Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents.
- Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training.
Job Specification
- 1 year of experience as an Administrative Secretary would be advantageous.
