Job Specification
  • Master’s degree in Sociology, Social Science, or relevant field.
  • Strong preference will be given to the candidate who has practical experience and matches with the assigned deliverables.
  • At least one and half years of work experience in the field of social protection and in management role.
  • More than 7 years of experience in programme management, monitoring and coordination with sub-national diverse stakeholders specifically with governments.
  • Experience in developing, monitoring and managing social protection programme
  • Very good communication and writing skills in English and Nepali.
  • Excellent skills in computer software such as windows, word, excel, power point.
  • Previous experience with UNICEF and in same role is an advantage and asset.
  • Proven coordination skill with provincial and local governments.
  • Working knowledge and experience of Madhesh Pradesh.
