Job Description
The Dusty Yak Foundation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented House Manager to oversee our residential properties and ensure a smooth operation of daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of our residential properties.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair work with contractors and vendors.
- Update Trustees regarding the daily activities of the company
- Oversee and manage housekeeping and laundry staff
- Ensure the safety and security of our properties and residents
- Manage budgets and expenses related to property maintenance and upkeep
- Keep accurate records and documentation of all property management activities
