Job Description
- This position provides direct customer support to our valued customers over different online platforms, including telephone, email, Viber, WhatsApp, and social pages.
- This position takes care of customer inquiries and issues with the utmost care, attention, and professionalism. Processes customer orders for timely delivery. Making customers happy is the only goal for this position.
Job Specification
- Team player.
- Good communication skills.
- Organized and attention to details.
- Comfortable in communicating in English on messaging platforms (i.e. Viber, WhatsApp, FB Messenger, Instagram, Emails)
- Knowledge of Internet browsing and usage of search engine.
