Job Description
- Plan and execute as per the strategies to grow particular category.
- Generate ideas and work with team members to promote various sales campaigns.
- Perform analysis of category and create execution plan to achieve the sales target.
- Take ownership of the category and initiative by acquiring best brands and resolving operational issues.
- Foster trust relationships with vendors to achieve better pricing and quality of services.
- Analyze data or insights to determine industry, consumer trends and create promotional activities of a product category.
Job Specification
- Proven experience as category for Baby - Mom products.
- Solid knowledge of category management, marketing and sales principles.
- Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Proficient in MS Office
- An analytical mind with a strategic ability
- Excellent communication and people skills
