Job Description
Functional Area - IT- Hardware / Telecom / Technical Staff / Support
- Resolving day to day service - installation, repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, NTC/NCELL payment.
- Prepare damage reports, replies to email, basic phone troubleshooting, day to day allocation of Support staffs, generates report of Support Staffs.
Job Specification
- Basic knowledge of hardware maintenance, telephone sets, cables.
- CTEVT Trainings or relevant experience.
- Must be willing to travel outside valley & good at report making.
