Job Description

We are seeking passionate and skilled photographers to join our team at Pana Productions Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidates will be responsible for capturing high-quality images across various events while maintaining brand standards. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are creative, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture high-quality photographs for events including weddings, corporate functions, and other occasions.
Perform photo editing and color correction using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
Ensure all images align with the brand's style and quality standards.
Manage and organize photography workflow, including backing up files and maintaining proper documentation.
Collaborate with the team to deliver creative and visually appealing content.
Operate and maintain photography equipment, ensuring its readiness for shoots.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project objectives are met.

Job Specification

Minimum of 1 year of experience in photography (less experienced candidates with strong skills will be considered).
Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
Experience in event photography (e.g., weddings, corporate events, and similar).
Basic understanding of camera gear, lighting setups, and photographic techniques.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and composition.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Owning personal camera gear is a plus but not mandatory.
